Crazy Days Terms of Payment
If you have an online banking ID for your own bank and you are paying for your online store purchases you will be transferred for a moment from our online marketplace to your online bank and you will be able to pay for your order directly from your bank account. The payment transaction will be shown in the account details of your online bank. The transfer of payment data between you and your bank is safe as the payment data is secured with the SSL encryption method.

Online payment is available for customers of SEB and Swedbank, and in Estonia also for customers of Luminor.
Online payment is available for customers of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP, POP Pankki, S-Bank, Savings Bank and Bank of Åland.
STOCKMANN MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD, VISA
You can pay for your online purchases using Stockmann MasterCard, MasterCard and Visa payment cards when you register your card for online purchases in your online banking service. Please note that there may also be a security limit on your card for online purchases. You can check this in your online banking or at your bank. You can register your Stockmann MasterCard for online payments by contacting Nordea Finance.
You can pay with a debit or credit card. When you pay with debit, the payment will be taken from your bank account and when you pay with credit, the payment will be invoiced to your credit account.
If you have a combination card with both credit and debit features, you can pay with your credit account by using the card’s credit number (long 16-digit series of numbers on the front of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card on the right side of the signature strip. If you want to make the payment from your bank account use the debit card number which can be found at the bottom left corner of the back of your card: the first 16 numbers are the card number and the last three are the CVV/CVC verification code.
If you have a credit card, you can pay with your credit account by using the card’s credit number (long 16-digit series of numbers on the front of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card on the right side of the signature strip.
If you have a Debit card, you can pay for online purchases directly from your bank account by using the card’s debit number (16-digit series of numbers on the back of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card after the debit number.
In our online store card payments are made with the Nets SSL-protected payment form. Our company does not have access to your card details and the payment card details are not stored in our systems.
Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which are used to verify the card holder’s identity, if your card is connected to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services. When you pay you first enter the card number, expiry date and CVV code. At the end you confirm your purchase with your online banking ID or a fixed password that is ordered separately from your bank. The data entered, such as your online banking ID, will not be transferred to the Stockmann online store.
You can pay for all your purchases with an American Express card. Enter the 4-digit code on the front of your card in the CVV2/CVC2/CID field on the payment form.
When you make an online payment you will be identified with the American Express SafeKey® service that uses the 3-D Secure® protocol. To authenticate the purchase you may be asked for the 6-digit one-time code that you will be sent by email and/or text message. If you are participating in the Membership Rewards® programme and you have enough points in your account you will also be given the opportunity to use the points for your purchase.
If you have paid for your order with a payment card and you want to return the products, the sum will be refunded to your payment card.
INVOICE/PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS (ONLY IN FINLAND)
We offer the opportunity to pay by invoice or installments in cooperation with Collector Bank AB. When you choose an invoice as your payment method, you will receive the products before paying them. When you receive your invoice, you can pay the entire amount at once or split it up into 36 months by signing an overdraft facility.
If you choose an invoice as your payment option, you can upon receipt of your invoice choose to pay the whole amount in one go (invoicing fee 0 €) or in installments (invoicing fee 2,95 €/month). The term of payment is 30 days. The minimum purchase for an invoice is 20 €.
When you choose to pay by invoice or installments, you can only make a purchase using your permanent address in the population register and you must be at least 22 years of age at the time of purchase. In order to pay the invoice in installments, you must pay the minimum invoice amount by the due date of the invoice and sign a credit agreement with Collector Bank. The signature is made by logging in to own pages at oma.collector.fi and following the instructions on that site.
Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a reminder fee plus interest for late payment.

If you have already paid your invoice even though you have canceled the transaction, you are entitled to a refund from Collector. In order for Collector to make a refund, Collector needs your contact and account information, as Collector does not store this information with your payment. Privacy information for paying your invoice
We process and store your personal information for the purpose of processing a credit application, making a credit decision, handling a customer relationship, and customer service. The data controller is Collector Bank AB. We will need your personal information to process your application. Failure to provide the requested information will prevent the application from being processed.
In order to ensure the smooth and reliable processing of your credit application, our credit decision is based on the automated processing and evaluation of your personal information. You have the right to challenge the credit decision made automatically and to request that your application be reviewed again manually.
