DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for Crazy Days orders in Estonia and Latvia is about 5–14 working days. And product-specific exceptions to this will be stated in the product information. Stockmann is not liable for any changes to the delivery time or the consequences for the customer.

Shipping costs are order specific, regardless of the quantity or value of the products included in the order. The order is to be delivered in one delivery. Please note, however, that the order may be split into several deliveries due to, for example, the availability, weight or size of the products.
Please always include the recipient’s telephone number with the order. The order will be delivered to the pick-up point selected when you placed your order. When you have received the text message notification sent to the telephone number provided you will be able to collect your order.
WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY TIME “5–14 WORKING DAYS” MEAN?
Most orders are delivered quickly. Due to temporary congestion, delivery times can sometimes be extended up to the limit of our promise. Our delivery time promise means working days and covers the time from the day after you placed an order until your order is ready for pickup or home delivery. So if the promise is, for example, 7 working days, it can mean practically 11 calendar days, including weekends. Possible public holidays extend the delivery time promise.
PRODUCT INFORMATION SAYS “ORDER PRODUCT, DELIVERY TIME 12-16 WEEKS.” WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This is a product that Stockmann does not keep in its own warehouse, but we place an order with the supplier when we receive your order; typically, for example, large-sized furniture. Estimated delivery time covers the time from placing an order until your order is delivered to your home or pick-up point.

ESTONIA
Deliveries to Omniva post offices and parcel lockers
With Omniva parcel locker delivery, you will receive an opening code via SMS when the parcel is available for pick up. You will be able to collect your order for 7 days.
In Omniva post offices you will be able to collect your order for 15 days. Please bring your ID.
You can authorize another person to collect your order from the Omniva post office. Deliver the digitally signed power of attorney to info@omniva.ee. You can also make a free-form power of attorney.
Deliveries to Itella pick-up points and parcel lockers
The order will be delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker that you have chosen. Instead of the pick-up point nearest your home, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point or parcel locker for you. The delivery notification will be sent to the same phone number that you have given when placing your order.
When you receive the delivery notification, you will be able to collect your order from the pick-up points for 14 days. In the Smartpost parcel lockers the storage time is 7 days. If needed, you can have 7 days extra storage time by calling Itella call center, tel. +372 53 495 775 (Mon–Fri 9–21, sat–Sun 10–20). Omniva and Cargobus parcel lockers have 14 days storage time. When you collect your order from a pickup point, present the tracking ID and your proof of identity. When you collect your order from a parcel locker, use the code that you have received. If the parcel locker op pick-up point is full, Itella Estonia will contact you to arrange the delivery.
LATVIA
Deliveries to Omniva parcel lockers
With Omniva parcel locker delivery, you will receive an opening code via SMS when the parcel is available for pick up. You will be able to collect your order for 7 days.
Deliveries to Itella pick-up points and parcel lockers
The order will be delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker that you have chosen. Instead of the pick-up point nearest your home, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point or parcel locker for you. The delivery notification will be sent to the same phone number that you have given when placing your order.
When you receive the delivery notification, you will be able to collect your order for 14 days from the parcel lockers and pick-up points. When you collect your order from a pickup point, present the tracking ID and your proof of identity. When you collect your order from a parcel locker, use the code that you have received. If the parcel locker or pick-up point is full, Itella Latvia will contact the customer to arrange delivery.

DELIVERY METHODS
Your default pick-up point is usually the nearest Posti´s or Matkahuolto’s pick up point or parcel lockers. The pick-up point could be a grocery store, R-Kioski or other local business or a parcel locker located at a grocery store.
Delivery expenses are specific to the order and we will aim to send the order as one delivery. However, the order may be divided into several deliveries, for example due to the availability, weight or size of the order. If a single order contains more than one product, the shipping cost will be based on the product with the highest shipping cost.
Please always include the recipient’s telephone number with the order. The order will be delivered to the Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point selected when you placed your order. You will be able to collect your order from the selected pick-up point when you have received the text message notification sent to the telephone number provided. In home deliveries the transport company will agree on the delivery time with the recipient if necessary.
SELECTED FAVORITES AT FULL SPEED BY WOLT
A limited batch of Crazy Days products can be ordered through Wolt in 1–3 hours, delivered to your door via Wolt’s app or website. You can find the shops in the Wolt app or on the website under the name “Stockmann”.
Wolt delivery is available in Stockmann’s department store locations:
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku, Tampere, Riga and Tallinn.
The minimum purchase amount for Wolt orders is 20 €. The transport fee is according to Wolt’s standard price list: 1.99–7.99 € depending on the distance. Wolt delivers approximately 15–20 km from the Stockmann department store. The packaging material fee is 1 €. Wolt purchases do not accumulate MyStockmann points.

RETURN OF WOLT ORDER
You can return a purchase you made via Wolt to the service point of the department store against the Wolt receipt you received by email. The return period is 30 days.
The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Check that you return all parts, including any manuals. Sealed packages, such as cosmetics and hygiene products, must be returned in their unopened original packaging and the seal of the returned product must be intact.
Delivery to a PostNord pickup point
PostNord delivers your online store order quickly and safely to the nearest service point or parcel locker. There are already 2,000 PostNord pickup points in Finland, and they are located in connection with K-Markets and R-kiosks, among others.

When your package is ready for pickup, you will receive an arrival notification in the mobile app, via text message or email. The arrival notification contains instructions for picking up the package. When picking up, you must have either the PIN code you received or an ID card.
Delivery to a PostNord Lähiboksi
Lähiboksi (“Local Box”) is a PostNord parcel locker that works using a mobile app and Bluetooth. You can pick up your package from a Local Box around the clock.
When you place an order in the online store, select delivery to a pickup point and select PostNord Local Box from the delivery options. Please note that delivery to a Local Box is not the default pickup point, but must always be selected separately. When your package arrives, you will be notified via mobile app and/or text message.
Local boxes are currently available in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Savonlinna, Espoo and Vantaa. We are constantly expanding the network.
Matkahuolto’s Pick-up Point
When placing your order you can choose to collect your order from the Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel locker of your choice.
You will receive an arrival notification via SMS when your order is available for pick up. Orders are kept for 14 days from the arrival to the parcel point. The storage time of the parcel locker is 7 days. The notification will provide you with an unlock code to retrieve the package from the parcel locker. When the locker is full, your order is routed to another Matkahuolto pick-up point nearby. You will be notified of any change.
Present your proof of identity when collecting your order from the Matkahuolto parcel pick-up point.
Budbee Box parcel locker
You can choose to pick up your order from the Budbee Box parcel locker of your choice, if the option to pick up from Budbee Box is displayed in your order basket. Budbee’s parcel machine network serves the following locations:

The shipment can be picked up within 3 days of the arrival notification. If necessary, you can add a few extra days to the pickup time by tracking the delivery. You can see more detailed information about the pickup time and possible additional days via the application or the tracking link.
Home delivery by Posti
If you choose home delivery for your products, please provide a telephone number when making your order, which the transport company can, if necessary, contact you on to agree on the time of the home delivery.
Home delivery is the only available delivery method for some products (e.g. large pieces of furniture), and it is not possible to collect them from a pick-up point.
Please note that if you select home delivery for your product, the service does not include the return of the product in Finland. If you want to return the product, you will have to take care yourself about the transportation to the pick-up point. If it was not possible to select a delivery method other than home delivery, contact Stockmann Customer Service for product return in Finland.
We will not refund any charge for home delivery or express delivery or any installation costs associated with the delivered products.
Home delivery of the products sold and delivered by Stockmann is taken care of by Posti. In accordance with the terms of the Post, home delivery products will be delivered to continental Finland to addresses with uninterrupted access by road. The home delivery service includes delivery to the address indicated on the address card in the recipient’s apartment, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment’s front door. Postage delivery to major cities is by 9 pm on weekdays, and by 2 pm in the rest of the country. Easy access to the destination is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide adequate protection for the floors. The maximum weight of an individual package in a transport unit may be up to 120 kg for home delivery. Weights over 120 kg are unloaded at the address indicated by the addressee in the immediate vicinity of the Post’s vehicle.
For home delivery, please check that the shipment is correct and externally intact when you receive your order. If you notice any damage, make a note of the shipping documents as soon as the driver is present and report the damage to Stockmann Customer Service.
Home delivery by Matkahuolto
You can choose Matkahuolto’s Kotijakelu (Home Delivery) for your order. The service allows you to track your delivery.
When the package is ready for delivery, you will receive a message asking you to agree on a delivery time. You can tell us your door code for successful delivery. You can also give permission to leave the shipment at the door if you are not at home receiving it.
Your package will be delivered to your door at the agreed time, in the largest cities also in the evenings and on weekends. Delivery takes place without physical contact: drivers leave the package at the door and wait a little further until you open the door.
If the driver cannot reach you due to e.g. a locked street door, he will call your number outside the door, so that the package can be delivered. If we couldn’t reach you, the driver will return your package to the nearest Matkahuolto service point, where you can pick up your package. You can also order a new home delivery.
Home delivery with real-time monitoring
You can choose Budbee home delivery for the products you order, if the product has a home delivery option.
Budbee home delivery is available to delivery addresses in the following locations:

When choosing home delivery, provide your phone number and you will receive an SMS message when the delivery time is approaching. The message contains a link to track delivery. Budbee will deliver on weekdays between 5pm and 10pm. You can also track your order directly with Budbee’s own app. You can also choose that your delivery is left outside the door, in which case you will receive a photo of the delivered package from the driver. Then the order is marked as delivered and the package is then on your responsibility.
If you want to return the products you have ordered, you can order a Budbee pick-up to your door using the same SMS link and choose a pick-up time that suits you. Refunds are free of charge. If you return the entire order, we will refund the basic delivery fee for the order. We do not refund the delivery charge for home delivery or express delivery or the installation costs that may be associated with the delivered products.
When receiving your order, please check that the shipment is correct and externally intact. If you notice damage, make an notion in the shipping documents when the driver is still present and report the damage to Stockmann’s customer service.
Budbee home delivery is 110 % emission-compensated and fossil-free.
Stockmann’s Directly Delivered Products
Directly delivered products will be delivered to the customer directly from the supplier’s warehouse using a delivery method that has been chosen when the purchase was made. By ordering the product you accept that your personal information will be shared to a third party so that they are able to arrange the delivery.
Stockmann’s directly delivered products in the Crazy Days campaign are Villeroy & Boch -outdoor jacuzzis, Kekkilä’s products and Big Green Egg -charcoal grills.
