Crazy Days Terms of Payment

ONLINE PAYMENT 

Online payment is available for customers of these banks:

If you have an online banking ID for your own bank and you are paying for your online store purchases you will be transferred for a moment from our online marketplace to your online bank and you will be able to pay for your order directly from your bank account. The payment transaction will be shown in the account details of your online bank. The transfer of payment data between you and your bank is safe as the payment data is secured with the SSL encryption method.

 

MASTERCARD, VISA

You can pay for your online purchases using Stockmann Mastercard, Mastercard and Visa payment cards.

Register your card for online purchases in your online banking service. Please note that there may also be a security limit on your card for online purchases. You can check this in your online banking or at your bank.

You can register your Stockmann Mastercard for online payments by contacting Nordea Finance. Please note that payment with Stockmann Mastercard requires strong identification for all online purchases over 30 €. Read more about online use of Stockmann Mastercard.

You can pay with a debit or credit card. When you pay with debit, the payment will be taken from your bank account and when you pay with credit, the payment will be invoiced to your credit account.

If you have a combination card with both credit and debit features, you can pay with your credit account by using the card’s credit number (long 16-digit series of numbers on the front of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card on the right side of the signature strip. If you want to make the payment from your bank account use the debit card number which can be found at the bottom left corner of the back of your card: the first 16 numbers are the card number and the last three are the CVV/CVC verification code.

If you have a credit card, you can pay with your credit account by using the card’s credit number (long 16-digit series of numbers on the front of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card on the right side of the signature strip.

If you have a Debit card, you can pay for online purchases directly from your bank account by using the card’s debit number (16-digit series of numbers on the back of your card). The three-digit CVV/CVC verification code can be found on the back of your card after the debit number.

In our online store card payments are made with the Nets SSL-protected payment form. Our company does not have access to your card details and the payment card details are not stored in our systems.

Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication services, which are used to verify the card holder’s identity, if your card is connected to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode services. When you pay you first enter the card number, expiry date and CVV code. At the end you confirm your purchase with your online banking ID or a fixed password that is ordered separately from your bank. The data entered, such as your online banking ID, will not be transferred to the Stockmann online store.

 

AMERICAN EXPRESS

You can pay for your purchases with an American Express card.

Enter the 4-digit code on the front of your card in the CVV2/CVC2/CID field on the payment form.

When you make an online payment you will be identified with the American Express SafeKey® service that uses the 3-D Secure® protocol. To authenticate the purchase you may be asked for the 6-digit one-time code that you will be sent by email and/or text message. If you are participating in the Membership Rewards® programme and you have enough points in your account you will also be given the opportunity to use the points for your purchase.

If you have paid for your order with a payment card and you want to return the products, the sum will be refunded to your payment card.

INVOICE/PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS (ONLY IN FINLAND)

You can pay by invoice, installments or overdraft in cooperation with Walley (Norion Bank AB).

When you choose an invoice as your payment method, you will receive the products before you pay for them. When you receive your invoice, you can pay the entire amount at once, or if you are granted an agreement regarding continuous credit, divide the payment into smaller installments for a maximum of 36 months by applying for credit on the my.walley.fi website or in the Walley application. The minimum purchase when paying by invoice is 20 euros, or when paying by installment payment 50 euros. The maximum invoice amount is 5.000 €.

On this autumn’s Crazy Days, the invoice has options of a 60-day, interest-free payment period and a 90-day payment period, to which a 3,95 € invoicing fee is added.

When paying with Walley’s payment methods, you must be 18 years or older.

Refund

If you have already paid your invoice even though you have canceled the transaction, you are entitled to a refund from Walley. Log in to my.walley.fi and add your account number for a refund:
Sign in -> Log in -> Your profile -> Manage bank account -> Refund -> Link bank account

We process and store your personal information for the purpose of processing a credit application, making a credit decision, handling a customer relationship, and customer service. The data controller is Norion Bank AB. We will need your personal information to process your application. Failure to provide the requested information will prevent the application from being processed.
