Estonia and Latvia

Deliveries are free of charge for purchases over 50 €. 
Deliveries for purchases below 50 € as follows:

Shipping costs are order specific, regardless of the quantity or value of the products included in the order. The order is to be delivered in one delivery. Please note, however, that the order may be split into several deliveries due to, for example, the availability, weight or size of the products.

Please always include the recipient’s telephone number with the order. The order will be delivered to the pick-up point selected when you placed your order. When you have received the text message notification sent to the telephone number provided you will be able to collect your order.

 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is about 3–7 working days, and product-specific exceptions to this will be stated in the product information. Stockmann is not liable for any changes to the delivery time or the consequences for the customer. Please note that sometimes delivery can take longer due to the delivery partner’s high volumes.

ESTONIA

Deliveries to Omniva post offices and parcel lockers

With Omniva parcel locker delivery, you will receive an opening code via SMS when the parcel is available for pick up. You will be able to collect your order for 7 days.
In Omniva post offices you will be able to collect your order for 15 days. Please bring your ID.

You can authorize another person to collect your order from the Omniva post office. Deliver the digitally signed power of attorney to info@omniva.ee. You can also make a free-form power of attorney or print Omniva’s power of attorney.

Deliveries to Itella pick-up points and parcel lockers

The order will be delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker that you have chosen. Instead of the pick-up point nearest your home, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point or parcel locker for you. The delivery notification will be sent to the same phone number that you have given when placing your order.

When you receive the delivery notification, you will be able to collect your order from the pick-up points for 14 days. In the Smartpost parcel lockers the storage time is 7 days. If needed, you can have 7 days extra storage time by calling Itella call center, tel. +372 53 495 775 (Mon–Fri 9–21, sat–Sun 10–20). Omniva and Cargobus parcel lockers have 14 days storage time. When you collect your order from a pickup point, present the tracking ID and your proof of identity. When you collect your order from a parcel locker, use the code that you have received. If the parcel locker op pick-up point is full, Itella Estonia will contact you to arrange the delivery.

 

 

LATVIA

Deliveries to Omniva parcel lockers

The order will be delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker that you have chosen. Instead of the pick-up point nearest your home, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point or parcel locker for you. The delivery notification will be sent to the same phone number that you have given when placing your order.

With Omniva parcel locker delivery, you will receive an opening code via SMS when the parcel is available for pick up. You will be able to collect your order for 7 days.

 

Deliveries to Itella pick-up points and parcel lockers

The order will be delivered to the Smartpost parcel terminals and Smartpost pickup points that you have chosen. Instead of the pick-up point nearest your home, you can choose the most suitable pick-up point or parcel terminal for you. The delivery notification will be sent to the same phone number that you have given when placing your order.

When you receive the delivery notification, you will be able to collect your order for 7 days from the parcel terminals and 14 days from pick-up points. When you collect your order from a pickup point, you will need to provide the PIN code you received, which was sent in a text message. When you collect your order from a parcel terminal, you will need to use the PIN code you received and the number of the relevant terminal compartment (door). In case your chosen Smartpost terminal or pick-up point is full or the shipment is oversized, Itella Customer Service will contact you before delivery, agreeing on delivery to the nearest available Smartpost location or home delivery by courier.
