Terms & Conditions for the Gift Card Raffle
MyStockmann 100 € Gift Card Raffle
1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Lindex Group Oyj (”Stockmann”) (referred to as “the Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the raffle, participants must meet the following criteria:
a) Register as a new member of the MyStockmann membership program, or make purchases (one receipt = one lottery ticket) between 21.3.–6.4.2025.
b) Participants must be at least 18 years old residents of Finland, Estonia or Latvia.
3. Participation
a) Participation in the raffle is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary beyond joining the membership program and agreeing to marketing permissions. Participation requires joining the MyStockmann membership program or registering a purchase as a MyStockmann member and accepting marketing permissions.
b) Employees of Stockmann are not eligible to participate.
4. Prize
The prize for this raffle is a 100 € gift card, valid for use in Stockmann’s department stores only in Finland, Estonia and Latvia. The gift card cannot be used in Stockmann’s webstores (stockmann.com/ stockmann.ee/ stockmann.lv or hullutpaivat.com/ hulludpaevad.ee/ trakasdienas.lv).
The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing department store. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given for purchases of less than the total value of the card. The gift card cannot be resold.
5. Selection of the Winner
a) The raffle will be held on April 7th, 2025.
b) Three (3) winners, one (1) per country in Finland, Estonia and Latvia, will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
c) The winner will be notified in person via the email address provided at the time of membership registration. The Organizer will contact the winner by April 11th, 2025.
d) If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Privacy
a) By entering the raffle, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the raffle and delivering marketing communications.
b) Personal data will be handled in accordance with Stockmann’s Privacy Policy. Participants can withdraw marketing consent at any time but will forfeit their eligibility to win if they do so before the winner is announced.
7. General
a) The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.
b) The Organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind that may affect participation in the raffle.
c) Participation in the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
