TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE MYSTOCKMANN €100 GIFT CARD RAFFLE

1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Lindex Group Oyj (“Stockmann division”) (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

 

2. Eligibility
To participate in the raffle, participants must meet the following conditions:
a) Joining the MyStockmann membership program as a new member between 5–25 January 2026.
b) Participants must be at least 18 years of age and residents of Finland, Estonia, or Latvia.
c) Additionally, all existing members of the MyStockmann program participate automatically if they make purchases in department stores or the online store between 5–25 January 2026 and use their membership ID in connection with the purchase.

 

3. Participation
a) Participation in the raffle is free of charge. Participation requires new members to join the membership program and accept marketing permissions. Existing members participate in the raffle by making a purchase as a registered member during the campaign period of 5–25 January 2026.
b) Employees of Stockmann are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

 

4. Prize
The prize of the raffle is a daily €100 gift card, valid in Stockmann department stores in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. The gift card cannot be used in Stockmann online stores (stockmann.com / stockmann.ee / stockmann.lv or hullutpaivat.com / hulludpaevad.ee / trakasdienas.lv).
The terms and conditions of the issuing department store apply to the gift card. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given for purchases less than the full value of the card. The gift card may not be resold.

 

5. Selection of the Winner
a) The draw will be conducted on 27 January 2026.
b) Three (3) winners—one (1) per country from Finland, Estonia, and Latvia—will be selected randomly from all participants.
c) The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided in their membership registration. The Organizer will contact the winner by 6 February 2026.
d) If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

6. Privacy
a) By participating in the raffle, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the administration of the raffle and the delivery of marketing communications.
b) Personal data is processed in accordance with Stockmann’s Privacy Policy.

 

7. General
a) The Organizer reserves the right to change or suspend the raffle at any time without prior notice.
b) The Organizer is not responsible for any technical defects, errors, or interruptions that may affect participation in the raffle.
c) Participation in the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
