Terms & Conditions for the Gift Card Raffle
TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN YOUR WISHLIST RAFFLE
1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Lindex Group Oyj (“Stockmann”) (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
2. Participation and Eligibility
a) Participation requires logging into a MyStockmann account and saving a shopping list with a maximum value of 500 euros on crazydays.com during the campaign period 30.3.–6.4.2026.
b) Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of participation and residents of Finland, Estonia, or Latvia.
c) Employees of Stockmann and their family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
d) The raffle does not apply to resellers or commercial operators.
3. Prize
a) The prize consists of products from the crazydays.com selection that the winner has added to their shopping list, up to a maximum value of 500 euros.
b) Three (3) winners will be drawn, one (1) from each country (Finland, Estonia, Latvia).
c) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
d) Any unused portion of the prize value will not be compensated.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
a) The winners will be drawn on 7.4.2026.
b) Winners will be contacted personally via the email address or phone number provided in their MyStockmann account.
c) If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
a) By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the raffle and for marketing communications in accordance with the given consent.
b) Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
c) Consent to marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time; however, withdrawal before the draw will result in disqualification from the raffle.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the raffle or the use of the prize.
7. General Terms
a) The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle for justified reasons without prior notice.
b) The Organizer is not responsible for technical disruptions or errors.
c) Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
