The Stockmann & Finnair Plus partnership offers new benefits for Stockmann Loyal Customers. By activating your Stockmann Loyal Customer card you can start earning Finnair Plus points for your purchases at Stockmann. To match your card you must be both a Finnair Plus member and a Stockmann Loyal Customer.
You are also able to use the points you have earned to, for example, make purchases at Stockmann or to obtain Finnair flight awards, upgrades and holiday packages, as well as services offered by Finnair Plus partners.
Once your Stockmann Loyal Customer card has been matched, you start earning points from your next purchase on. You don’t need to wait for the arrival of a new card as you will start earning points with your existing card. You will not receive a new or different card to replace the old one.
We want to keep offering constantly improving benefits to our Loyal Customers. We aim to develop our Loyal Customer programme so that you can benefit from it at every turn of your life. This is why we have chosen Finnair Plus as our new partner. This new partnership offers a chance for both Stockmann Loyal Customers and Finnair Plus members to exploit the benefits of both cards in a new way.
Have you perhaps earned Finnair Plus points but not enough to buy a flight yet? No problem, you can easily earn more points at Stockmann by presenting your Loyal Customer card when making purchases at one of our department stores in Finland or at stockmann.com. You will also be able to use your Finnair Plus points to make purchases at Stockmann department stores in Finland.
How to start earning points?
To start earning Finnair Plus points, match your Stockmann Loyal Customer card with the Finnair Plus programme and start earning points. Click the link below to fill in your application form. Once you’ve filled in the form, you will be informed of having matched your card. Start earning points, for example, by making purchases at stockmann.com or one of our department stores in Finland.
How to use my points?
You are also able to use the points you have earned to, for example, make purchases at Stockmann or to obtain Finnair flight awards, upgrades and holiday packages, as well as services offered by Finnair Plus partners. However, you will be able to use your points only at Stockmann department stores and not at stockmann.com online store.
Match your card
What information do I need to match my card?
To match your card, you need to be both a Stockmann Loyal Customer and a Finnair Plus member. You will need to enter the membership data for both cards when filling in the application form. You will also need your Finnair Plus password.
